Dawkins band and chorus students visited Carowinds to participate in the Carowinds Festival of Music. The DMS 6th Grade Chorus and 7th and 8th Grade Combined Chorus performed for an adjudicated rating. Both groups earned straight superior ratings, and had a great time enjoying the day and celebrating with friends. The Dawkins 6th Grade Band made the highest distinction of a Superior rating! Way to go, Bearcats!
